Y Indoor Soccer

While technically the Y Indoor Soccer leagues are not part of FSC because you can only play for your school's team, we would like to highlight the season since most of the players are also part of FSC.

Girls Varsity Indoor - what a great season for these ladies! It was the first time we had an indoor team for the Girls Varsity and from the looks on their faces they had fun! The season ended in a playoff game against Southwestern. At the end of regulation time it was tied, so they played a 5 minute OT. At the end of 5 minutes it was still tied so it went to a shootout. Each team selected 5 players and at the end of the first 5 players it was still a tie! We each selected another 5 players and this time they ended up with 1 more goal. The Girls Varsity ended the regular season with 8 wins and 2 losses.

Girl JV Indoor - another great season for these girls! Their season also ended in playoffs against Southwestern and guess what? At the end of regulation time it was tied! They also played a 5 minute OT where at the end of 5 minutes it was still tied so it went to a shootout. At the end of the 5 shots Southwestern won 2-1. The Girls JV also ended the regular season with 8 wins and 2 losses.

Boys JV - the boy JV also had a great season! They also ended their season in playoffs against....you guessed it....Southwestern!

Coed 5th & 6th - while the wins and losses don't reflect it, we have a great group of talent represented in our 5th and 6th players. We had a big team this year and are looking forward to our 6th graders moving into the JV division next year!
